Codes
1) No photos placed in listing by using coding and/or scripts.

2) No spam.

3) One link that is related to your property rental only. A good example would be a link to a page where you have more rental photos. You would need to use html code to perform this.

4) Besides the link exception stated above, we only accept Bold, Underline, Italics, Bullets & Font Color when adding code.

 
Listings
1) One listing per property per category.

2) The Listing category must be relevant. This means that if you had a student room for rent, you could list your property in both "Student Housing" and "Rooms", however, you could not place it in the "Apartment" category, etc.

 
Membership
1) You may have only one membership per person, per email or per property. If you set up more than one membership, the most recent memberships will be suspended, leaving only the first one active.

 
Photo Uploads
1) Photo filenames can only contain letters, numbers and underscores.

2) File size should not exceed 40KB.

3) The file must be a .png or a .jpg

4) You should not exceed 4 photos per listings.

5) Photos must be of actual property that is up for rent.

Niagara Rents reserves the right to edit or remove property listings and/or remove any user that has ignored the above rules.
