They are both large: 14ft x 12ft, 13.5ft x 12ft, and just had new carpets and new paint done. Everything included: high speed internet, local calls, A/C, parking, washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge and stove, bed, desk, bookshelves, all furniture... $325 and $350 /month. Prices for September will be $395-445/month. The room is non-smoking and no pets.
