UW, UWO, NC, D'Youville and other co-op students: house is within walking distance of Acres Engineering, Kraft Foods, the Greater Niagara General Hospital, the Casino & Clifton Hill Tourist district, and Invent Smart. There is also bus service to Coutts Library Services.

ENT includes high speed internet, full house privileges, use of all kitchen gear, cable/VCR/DVD, phone, washer, dryer, and utilities (gas, hydro, water).
