This townhome is impeccably clean, and seeking tenants who like to keep it that way. It has 4 bedrooms, all of which can be occupied by two persons or one person. All furnishings are included. Linens are included. Kitchen appliances (large and small), dishes/glassware/cutlery are included. Laundry is free and on-site. Utilities are included in rent, heat, electricity, water, cable tv in common room, digital phone (free N.American service), and wireless hi-speed internet. Care has been taken to make the house not only utilitarian, but also attractive. Limited parking is available (first two tenants with car secure the parking spots). The spots are tandem (one in front of the other), so arrangements must be agreed upon on how to deal with a blocked car (share keys, or arrange ahead of time who is leaving earlier in the morning). The home is a non-smoking home (smokers can smoke outside). No underage drinking is allowed. Responsible of-age drinking is allowed. Absolutely no parties, and no illegal drug use is allowed. This home is perfect for students who wish to be able to study in a relaxed and quiet environment. The large living room encourages socializing, as does the back landscaped patio (weather permitting). There is a gas bbq on the patio for tenant’s use. This home is serviced by the Scott St. bus (which has a circle route through North St. Catharines). It will take you to the bus terminal at Fairview Mall, where you can transfer onto a number of buses that will get you to the main bus terminal in St. Catharines. All rooms share one four-piece bathroom. Only one room is currently available (Jan. to Apr,. 08) @ $350 for one person, or $600 private. This is a large room with walk-in closet.
